Sweet Deal : Our Pastry Workshop are $95 per person, for each session, and there is a little discount ($90 each) if someone comes with a 3 (or more) people group…
Time to Bake : Each session lasts for a cozy 2+ hours. In general, we try to schedule multiple sessions on any given day, so that to try accommodating as much as possible, all different schedules : morning sessions, (11 am to 1 pm), afternoon delights (3 pm to 5 pm), and evening escapades (5 pm to 7 pm).
Where the Magic Happens: Our brand-new Bakery & Pastry Kitchen/Lab on 607 Lincolnway (downtown Valparaiso, IN) is where dreams rise like perfectly fluffy croissants.
French Touch : Our coaches? Oh là là! All our Pastry Workshops and Classes are led by genuine French-trained and certified chefs, including Chef Bao, or, starting this summer, our highly acclaimed and popular (from last year already) Chef Daniel, coming straight from Paris too!
What is included : We equip all our Dear Participants / Students with everything necessary for a successful pastry-making adventure. This includes all bakeware, cookware, accessories, utensils, and tools, along with our “Signature BAO’s PASTRY pink aprons”, which participants are welcome to take home once they are done !
Important Details :
•All our workshops are subject to minimum applicant number (6 minimum per session)
•There is a slight possibility of cancellation if session is not full
•If class is cancelled, you will be offered an alternate date or a full refund
•Unfortunately, our workshops are not wheelchair accessible
•Some Pastries may contain nuts of eggs
•Please advise us of any allergies (food or ingredients)
