🚀 Exciting News from BAO's PASTRY ! 🚀

✨ Next Chapter Unlocked ! ✨

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that we’re ready to take our next big step ! After much anticipation, we’re resuming the remodeling of our new building at 607 Lincolnway, with plans to complete our brand-new French High-Tea Room 🫖 and expanded Pastry Sales Floor 🍰 by Summer 2025 —if all goes according to plan ! But that’s just the beginning…
😇
And here’s the exciting part—you can join us on this journey ! We’re officially launching our second round of investment opportunities, thanks to the incredible support of our loyal fans, patrons, family, and friends who have believed in our vision from the start ! We’re looking for passionate partners who share our love for exquisite pastries and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
🎀
We’re offering three ways to invest :
1. Equity Investor : Become a part-owner and board member of BAO’s PASTRY.
2. Loan Investor : Lend us a helping hand and earn attractive returns.
3. Crowdfunding Investor : Join a community-driven investment.
🥐
It’s important to note that this is not a charity or donation —we’re proposing real, profitable investments ! We’re offering generous near-two-digit ROI rates because our business is thriving and primed for significant growth 📈… Our goal is to quickly leverage cashflow 💸 to open the highly anticipated Tea Room as soon as possible. Why ? Because we get asked the same question over and over, every single day—through emails, social media, or from our beloved customers visiting us : “When are you guys going to open that Tea Room ? ? ?”
😍
We totally get it —expectations are high, the wait is real, and the excitement is building ! Our community has been incredibly patient, and we’re eager to finally bring this vision to life for all of you. The demand is there, and we’re ready to meet it !
🌹
BAO’s PASTRY is a thriving, strong, and growing business —we’re scaling, not struggling, and we want YOU to be part of our success ! 🚀 So, if you’re now looking for a solid, profitable investment opportunity (much more rewarding than any savings account, and probably safer than all those trading stocks gambling or risky venture…), then this is YOUR chance to get involved in something truly special, and really extraordinary —a genuine, heartfelt local adventure, filled with sweetness, treats, and an abundance of TLC ! And the satisfaction in contributing to a community-focused project.
😇
Our future Parisian-inspired High-Tea Room will be a one-of-a-kind space, a unique hub, nested perfectly between our beautiful Valparaiso Historic Downtown and the growing University Area, developing to the Downtown East side !
Thank you for your continued belief in us and for your unwavering support. Let’s make this dream a reality together !
