We were deeply honored and incredibly proud to welcome and serve such outstanding teachers and 
French students from Valparaiso University last weekend ! 
Our workshop was a huge success, filled with wonderful coaching, guidance, and interactions with 14 amazing individuals. They were eager learners, fantastic apprentice bakers, and truly accomplished their goals : a lot of fun, a lot of pastry baking, a lot of sampling, a lot of fellowship, and a lot of French !
